2 c. apple cider or apple juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1 c. finely chopped apple
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped pecans
Bring 1 cup cider to a boil. Add jello and dissolve.
Stir in remaining cider. Chill until partially set. Fold in apple,
celery & pecans. Pour into a 3 cup mold an chill until firm.
