1 c. tomato juice or Mr. & Mrs. T Mix
1 envelope gelatin
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1-1/4 c. raw chopped vegetables, (celery, radishes, green onions, etc.)
1/4 c. leftover peas
Heat tomato juice, vinegar, sugar and salt to boiling. Add gelatin;
stir until dissolved. Pour into mold. Cool. Add vegetables and
chill. This may also be made in an 8x8 inch pan and cut into
squares when chilled.
