1 pkg. lime jello (6 oz.)
1 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. pimiento or plain cream cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 pint whipping cream
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Dissolve jello in the boiling water; add cheese and melt. Add
pineapple and juice. Fold nuts into whipped cream, mixing well.
Add to jello mixture. Pour into mold and refrigerate till set.
Serves 4 to 6.
