1 Large Lemon Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
2 cups grated Cheddar Cheese
1 pint whipping cream
Dissolve Jell-O in water. Place in refrigerator and let thicken but
not set. Boil pineapple and sugar until the juice is clear. Place
in refrigerator to chill. Beat thick Jell-O with mixer until
fluffy. Add cold pineapple and cheese to Jell-O. Fold in whipping
cream that has been whipped to stiff peaks and refrigerate for at
least one hour.
