1/4 C. horseradish 1 ( 3 oz.)pkg. lemon jello 1 c. boiling water 2 to 3 Tbsp. vinegar 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef 1 green pepper, diced 2 stalks celery, diced 1 medium onion, diced 1 c. mayonnaise Salt to taste 3 hard cooked eggs, chopped Dissolve jello in boiling water; stir in vinegar. Chill till slightly thickened. Break corned beef into small chunks. Stir into jello. Add remaining ingredients; chill until set.
