2 c. cooked chopped chicken
3/4 c. cashews
3/4 c. bean srouts
6 c. lettuce, shredded
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. sugar
Combine mayonaaise, lemon juice, mustard, and sugar. Mix well with
chicken, nuts, bean sprouts and lettuce. Chill.
