1/3 pkg. Maifun Rice Sticks
1 head lettuce
3 baked chicken breasts
2 to 3 slices of fresh ginger chopped
3 stalks green onions, sliced
3 stalks celery, sliced
6 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp.Ogi sesame oil
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. salad oil
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Deep fry rice sticks in wok and set aside. Add dressing to salad and
add rice sticks just before serving.
