DRESSING 1/4 c. sour cream 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 Tbsp. fresh chives 1 Tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. ground ginger 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1/4 tsp. salt SALAD 2 to 3 cups cubed cooked turkey 1 c. seedless green grapes, halved 1 c. sliced celery 1 c. pineapple chunks Lettuce leaves 4 cantaloupe rings, peeled and about 3/4 inch thick 1/2 c. toasted pecans Combine all dressing ingredients, mix well, refrigerate. Just before serving, combine turkey, grapes, celery and pineapple. Add dressing and mix lightly. Arrange lettuce on individual plates and place a cantaloupe ring on lettuce. Fill center with salad.
