1 lb. ground beef
1 medium chopped onion
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. uncooked rice
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1-1/2 c. warm water
1 can bean sprouts
1 can sliced water chestnuts (optional)
1 can mushrooms (optional)
chopped green pepper (optional)
1 can Chinese vegetables (optional)
Saute beef and mix all ingredients together. Put in baking dish and
cover with Chinese noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or
until rice is cooked. Serves 8 to 10.
