SHIPWRECK CASSEROLE 1

2 medium potatoes sliced
2 small onions, sliced
1/2 c. celery, cut up
1/4 c. raw rice
1b. raw, lean hamburger
1 (No. 2-1/2) can red kidney beans (undrained)
1 can undiluted tomato soup

In a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole, put all ingredients except soup,
in layers as they are given. Season with salt and pepper; Pour
soup over all. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for l 1/2 hours. Makes 4
big servings.
