1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground beef
Dash of pepper
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 Tbsp. flour
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
Saute onions in butter until done. Add ground beef in lumps rather
than fine pieces. Add garlic, salt, pepper, mushrooms and flour
and simmer for 5 minutes. Add soup and simmer 10 minutes longer.
Stir in sour cream and serve immediately on noodles or rice.
