3 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. water
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
1 can mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. shredded Mozzarella
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly grease a cake pan. mix Bisquick and
water to soft dough. Smooth dough into a ball and knead 20 times
on floured board.
Pat dough onto bottom and sides of pan with floured hands. Cook and
stir beef, onion, salt and garlic until beef is brown; drain.
Mix tomato sauce and Italian seasoning. Spread evenly over dough.
Spoon beef over sauce; top with mushrooms, green pepper and
cheese. Bake 20 minutes.
