1 lb. round steak, cut in thin strips
3 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1//4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. milk
Brown meat in margarine. Add onion, mushrooms and seasonings. Cook
5 minutes or until tender. Add cream cheese and milk. Stir over
low heat until smooth. Serve over noodles. Serves 4 to 6.
