2 c. onions, sliced lengthwise
3 c. chopped celery
3 c. bean sprouts
1/2 c. sliced green pepper
2 c. fresh pork, sliced thin or in small cubes
Brown pork an add soy sauce to your taste. Add vegetables and 1 cup
water. Bring to a rolling boil. Make paste of cornstarch and
water. Add just enough to slightly thicken. Serve over Chinese
noodles. Serves 4
