1-1/2 c. rice
3-1/2 c. water
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
3 cubes beef bouillon
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
4 or 5 green onions,chopped
Cheddar cheese , shredded
Boil water, add beef bouillon. Place rice in buttered 9x13
casserole. Add water mixture and dry onion soup mix. Bake 30
minutes at 350 degrees.Cut mushrooms in fourths and put on top of rice.
Bake 15 minutes. Add chopped green onions and enough cheese to
cover casserole. Place back in oven till cheese melts.
