3-1/2 c. sliced carrots
1-1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
In medium saucepan, cook carrots till crisp tender. 10 to 12
minutes, and drain in colander. In same pan, melt butter. Stir in
carrots and remaining ingredients. Cover and cook over medium
hear, stirring occasionally, 5 to 7 minutes till heated through.
