3-1/2 c. sliced carrots 1-1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled 1 Tbsp. honey 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. soy sauce 1/8 tsp. pepper In medium saucepan, cook carrots till crisp tender. 10 to 12 minutes, and drain in colander.
