3 large or 5 small cukes, peeled and sliced thinly
1 large sweet or yellow onion, thinly sliced
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. vinegar (cider)
1/4 c. sugar
2 drops tobasco sauce
1 t. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. onion salt
Put cukes and onions in a bowl. Combine in another bowl the rest of
ingredients. Mix well and pour over the cukes. Mix well. Let set
for several hours. Stir several times before serving.
