8 oz. cottage cheese
1 c.(4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp. flour
Dash of pepper
2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed
Beat eggs slightly. Beat in both cheeses, flour, salt and pepper.
Drain broccoli well, patting dry with paper towels. Stir in egg
mixture. Pour into 9x9 inch pan or casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30
to 35 minutes, or until firm and pulls away from sides of pan.
Serves 6 to 8
