4 lbs. potatoes, peeled
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. garlic, minced
1/4 c. chives or green onions, chopped
2 tsp. butter
Boil potatoes. Beat with electric beater until smooth. Add cream
cheese, sour cream, salt pepper and garlic. Beat until fluffy.
Fold in onions. Put in baking dish and dot with butter. Can also
be held in a crock-pot. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
