1/3 c. onion 1 can cream of mushroom soup 3/4 c. milk 1/2 c. Cheddar Cheese, grated 2 large potatoes 1 c. fresh bread crumb salt and pepper 1/4 tsp. rosemary Garlic salt 2 quarts. cabbage, thinly sliced 4 Tbsp. butter Boil potatoes slightly and cut in slices. Layer potatoes with cabbage in a glass dish. Saute onion in 2 Tbsp. butter and add soup, milk, cheese and spices. Pour over potatoes and cabbage. Put breadcrumbs over all and add 2 Tbsp. melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
