6 to 9 new potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Crushed corn flakes
Cook potatoes in jackets and cool; peel and chunk up. Mix soup,
sour cream, onion and cheese. Stir lightly into potatoes. Place
in a 2-1/2 quart casserole.
Mix 2 tablespoons melted butter with enough corn flakes to sprinkle
over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
