1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, cooked and drained
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
1 (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (7 oz.) cream style corn
2 C. shredded Swiss cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
2 Tbsp. margarine
1-1/2 c. soft rye or white bread crumbs
Cut up large pieces of cauliflower and broccoli. Combine cream
style corn, soup and cheese. Fold in drained vegetables. Turn
into a 12x17x2 inch baking dish. Melt butter; toss with bread
crumbs. Sprinkle on top and bake in 375 degrees oven for 30 to 35
minutes, or till hot. Serves 12 to 15
