1 c. water
2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. olive oil
3 c. bread flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1-1/4 tsp. yeast
1/2 c. pitted Kalamata Olives, coarsely chopped

Carefully place all ingredients except olives in bread machine in
the order recommended by the manufacturer. Add olives 5 to 10
minutes before last kneading cycle ends. Select basic/white cycle.
Use medium or light crust color. Do not use delay cycles.
