1-1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 head small cabbage
1 jar well drained sauerkraut
1 pkg. hot roll mix
Salt and pepper
Fry hamburger, onion, salt and pepper in heavy pan. Steam until
done. Add cabbage that has been sliced like sauerkraut. Simmer
until cabbage is done and cooked down.Add sauerkraut.Prepare hot
roll mix or any bread recipe. Let rise once. Punch down. Using
small balls of dough, roll out thinly. Put filling in center. Pull
up corners to middle. Pinch shut all seams. Let rise on greased
cookie sheet, seam side down. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
