2 (8 oz.) cans crushed pineapple (drained)
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/3 c. walnuts, chopped
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
Bottom & topping:
4 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
In a bowl, mix first 5 ingredients. Set aside. In a 1 quart dish,
put half the vanilla wafer crumbs on the bottom. Add half of the
mixture, sprinkle 1/3 more crumbs. Add the rest of the mixture and
top with remaining crumbs. Refrigerate. Serve with whipped cream.
