1 c. flour 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 beaten egg 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. almond extract 1 (No. 303) can fruit cocktail minus 2 Tbsp. juice 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. nuts Sift first 4 dry ingredients together. Add egg, vanilla, extract and fruit cocktail. Mix together brown sugar and nuts; sprinkle over pudding mixture. Bake at 350 degrees at 7x12 inch pan for 1 hour.
