2 (No. 2) cans pineapple tidbits, drained. 1/2 c. flour 1 cube butter or margarine 1/2 c. sugar 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed Put pineapple in baking dish. Mix sugar and flour: sprinkle over. Top with cheese, then crushed crackers. Dot with butter. Bake in oven 350 degrees oven till hot and bubbly. Excellent as a side dish for ham or poultry.
