CARMENS HOT SAUCE

1 (29 oz.) can whole tomatoes
2 fresh tomatoes
1/2 tsp. cumin seed
1 big onion
3 cloves garlic
1 (12 oz. ) jar marinated Jalapeno chilies
1 (29 oz.) can tomato sauce
10 beef cubes
1 tsp. oregano

First: Put in blender 1/2 can whole tomatoes, 2 fresh tomatoes,
cumin seed, 1/2the onion (cut into cubes) and the garlic (not
necessary to peel). Blend. Fry in a big pan with some oil.

Second: Put in blender the other half of the tomatoes, the jalapeno
chilies with marinade. Just empty jar,don't touch ingredients.
Blend. Add this mixture to the first mixture in the big pan. Add
tomato sauce, beef cubes and the other half of the onion (chopped).
Boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes.
Pack in 3 quart jars. Seal good for keeping.
