1 lb. butter, softened 1 lb. brown sugar 1 lb. powdered sugar 1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened 1 Tbsp. nutmeg 2 tsp. cinnamon Cream butter with brown sugar. Add powdered sugar and then softened ice cream. Add spices. Divide into smaller containers and freeze. To use, let thaw slightly and add 1 heaping teaspoon along with 1 jigger of favorite rum to cup.
