Red Chili Peppers
1/2 tsp. cayenne
2-1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. salt
Fill 4 pint jars with beans, 1 dill head, 1 clove garlic, and 1
chili pepper per jar. Heat together water, vinegar, salt, and
cayenne; cover beans. Water bath for 25 minutes
