1 1/4 lb. ground lean beef
1/2 lb. hot pork sausage (Bob
Evans)
2 tsp. ground oregano
1 Tbsp. parsley

grated
1 3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese,
cubed*
16 oz. Mozzarella cheese,

*Have cheese cubed before starting to brown meat. Meat
has to be hot to melt cheese.
Brown beef with onion; add parsley and oregano. When

melt. Spread mixture on 1/4-inch thick party rye bread. (Need
2 to 4 loaves depending on size.)
Top each slice of party rye with Cheddar cheese and
Mozzarella cheese. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees on ungreased cookie
