1 lb. pecan halves
1 egg white
1 Tbsp. water
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Beat egg white to a foam. Add water and beat again. In
large bowl mix sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add egg, then
nuts. Coat them well. Spread on cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees
for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
