1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 to 1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 to 1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. pecan halves
Cook everything except for pecans. Cook until thread
spins. Stir in pecans and pour onto wax paper to cool. Stir
to separate while cooling.
