1 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 pkg. clean dry mushrooms
Make sure mushrooms are well coated with the mixture.
Fry in deep fryer (not too hot) just until golden brown all
over. Drain on double sheets of paper towel.
This same recipe can be used for chunks of meat and lots
of vegetables and fish.
