VEGETABLE PIZZA
(Good As Appetizer At Parties, Etc.)
2 cans crescent rolls
1 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. cream cheese
2 oz. pkg. Ranch dressing
shredded Cheddar cheese and
Swiss cheese can be used
along with any other
favorites

Vegetables Used:
broccoli
cauliflower
green pepper
onion
carrots
diced tomatoes

Lay crescent rolls flat on a pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees
for 10 minutes. Let cool completely. Mix mayonnaise, cream
cheese and Ranch dressing together. (I thought a 2 ounce
package of Ranch dressing was too much.) Spread mixture on cool
crescent roll crust. Chop the vegetables as fine as you can
get them, except for the tomatoes, in which you should only use
the firm part of the tomato. Spread on top of cream cheese
mixture. Add the cheeses on top of this. Cover loosely with
Saran Wrap and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.
Slice and serve as pizza.
I thought the pizza was better after being in the
refrigerator overnight.
