OVEN SMOKED FISH OR CHICKEN|
3 c. water
1/2 c. Tender Quick
1 tsp. liquid smoke
Mix well. Soak cut up chicken for 4 hours and fish for
2 or more hours. Turkey takes longer, 6 or 7 hours. After
soaking time, bake in 350 degrees oven until fish flakes easily and
chicken is tender.
