CRANBERRY-WALNUT RELISH
(Especially Good at Christmas Time)
1 lb. fresh cranberries
2 c. sugar
1 c. English walnuts
1 c. orange marmalade
juice of 1 lemon or lime

Wash and drain cranberries. Put in shallow baking dish
and mix with sugar. Cover tightly and bake at 350 degrees for one
hour. Chop 1 cup of walnuts (coarsely) and place in smaller
pan. Toast in oven with cranberries until light golden brown,
about 12 minutes. Remove cranberries from oven and stir in
orange marmalade and lemon juice. Stir in nuts. Mix all well
and pour in container. Chill before serving. Enjoy!
