HOT ARTICHOKE SEAFOOD DIP

1 (14 oz.) can artichoke
hearts
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crab and
shrimp meat
1/4 c. dry seasoned bread
crumbs

Combine artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese
and crab and shrimp meat. Spoon into lightly greased pan; top
with bread crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Micro-
wave approximately 5 minutes.
