SPINACH DIP
(Makes 2 Cups)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped
spinach
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese,
cut in cubes
3 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
6 slices bacon, cooked crisp
and crumbled
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Cook spinach according to package directions; drain
well. In saucepan over low heat, cook and stir together
cheese, milk, butter and nutmeg until cheese is melted. Add
spinach, bacon and lemon juice. Put in serving dish. Chill
until ready to use. Serve with assorted vegetables and chips.
