1 can diced olives
2 small tomatoes, diced
2 to 3 c. grated cheese

1 can diced Ortega green
1 tsp. salt (to taste)

In a pan, brown ground beef (can be substituted with
chicken). Add onion and salt (optional or to taste). On a
cookie sheet (cover with foil); place tortilla chips. Evenly
spread on ground beef mixture the olives, diced tomatoes and
diced green chilies (optional) and top with grated cheese.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put tray in oven for 15 to 20 minutes or
until cheese is completely melted. Top with sour cream (op-
tional). Enough for 4...for either dinner or a great snack!
