2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1/4 c. raisins
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 wheel Brie
2 Tbsp. sherry or 1 Tbsp.
Put butter in a 9-inch pie plate. Microwave on High for
30 seconds to melt butter. Stir in almonds. Microwave on High
for 3 to 4 minutes until nuts are light brown. Stir in rai-
sins, brown sugar and sherry (or water). Microwave at High for
1 minute. Put Brie in dish and spoon mixture on top. Micro-
wave at High 45 to 60 seconds. Serve with crackers.
