CRISPY FRIED PICKLES

Seasoned Egg Wash:

1 egg
1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/3 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Seasoned Flour:
2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
1/2 Tbsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
oil for frying
pickles, sliced 1/8-inch thick

Whip together all ingredients for the seasoned egg wash
and set aside. Mix ingredients for the seasoned flour mixture
in a shallow dish. Dip pickle slices into flour, then egg wash
and again in the flour. Fry until golden brown, about 1
minute. Drain on paper towels. Serve with Ranch dressing,
ketchup or horseradish sauce.
