2 1/2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. bread or cracker crumbs
1 beaten egg
2 Tbsp. minced onions
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. Old Bay seafood
3 or 4 Tbsp. flour or Italian
bread crumbs

Mix all ingredients except flour. Roll into balls, then
roll in the flour or bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil until light
