1 medium cucumber, peeled,
finely chopped and drained
of excess liquid
1/2 pt. plain yogurt
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced or 1/4
tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chopped dill
Combine all ingredients. Chill at least 1 full hour to
blend flavors. Serve as dip with French bread or fresh vegeta-
bles or serve as sauce with fried fish, lamb, pork, etc.
