3 cans whole water chestnuts
1 c. soy sauce
1 lb. bacon
1 (8 oz.) jar grape jelly
1 bottle chili sauce

Marinate water chestnuts in soy sauce. Wrap a slice of
bacon around each water chestnut. Secure with a toothpick.
Broil until bacon is crisp. Mix jelly and chili sauce in pan;
heat over low heat. Pour on top of water chestnuts. Deli-
