1 c. instant nonfat milk
1/3 c. boiling water
3 Tbsp. melted margarine
2/3 c. sugar
pinch of salt

Put all ingredients into blender and process until
smooth. Makes about the same as a 14 ounce can of commercial
sweetened condensed milk and can be substituted in any recipe
calling for sweetened condensed milk. Keeps for several weeks
under refrigeration.
