1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. dry vegetable soup mix
(Knorr or Campbell's)
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts,
3 green onions, chopped

Thaw and squeeze spinach until dry. Stir spinach with
remaining ingredients. Blend well. Cover. Refrigerate 2
hours. Stir before serving.
Serving suggestions: Remove center of a round loaf of
bread. Pour dip in middle of bread and arrange chunks of bread
taken from the middle around outside of loaf to use to dip the
spinach dip with.
