BANANA NUT BREAD|
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. oil
1 c. mashed bananas (2 to 3
3/4 c. milk
1 c. chopped nuts
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
Measure all ingredients into a large bowl; beat on medium speed
2 minutes scraping sides of bowls constantly. Pour into pans
and bake 55 to 65 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Remove from pans and let cool thoroughly before slicing. Serve
hot with melted butter.
