2 rolls crescent quick rolls
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise
small amount minced onion
1 tsp. dried dill weed
chopped vegetables
shredded cheese

Press quick rolls firmly together on cookie sheet and
bake 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise,
minced onion and dill weed until creamy and spread on top of
crust. Top with any kind of vegetables you like (cucumber,
carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, etc.) and
with shredded cheese (Swiss, Cheddar, Monterey Jack, etc.).
Refrigerate to let flavors mingle.
Suggestion: Broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms and
Cheddar cheese.
