2 ripe avocados
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. hot salsa or medium
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. sour cream (optional)

Roll whole avocados between hand and table. Cut in half
and scoop out pulp. Mash avocados in bowl with lemon juice.
Add remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Place avocado pit
in dip (to prevent dip from darkening) and remove pit before
serving. Great with tortilla chips.
